Notification of Tenant Requirements (15 days or more)

Application of Contract
- Application form, required documentation and contract application form for industrial complex
- Business plan (rental business plan for rental business operators)
- Other tenant requirements and proof of priority
Screening of Tenant
Review of tenant qualifications and industry based on business plan
Selection of Successful Tenants
In case of a competition, select successful targets based on tenant priorities
Entering Contracts
Within 5 days from Contract Application: Write contract (Prior to starting construction of factories and other facilities of the successful businesses)

- Groundbreaking and completion date of factory and matters regarding permission of industrial site
- Matters of compliance to the tenant or supporting institutions such as the restriction of disposition of industrial site
- Matters regarding cancelation conditions and procedures for recovery of contract
- Matters regarding selling prices, payment methods and collection of shared expenses
Reporting of Contract
If the contract is entered by a managing corporation or the council of tenants, report to the mayor, county governor and head of a gu until 10th of the following month after the end of each quarter
Notification of Contract
The managing institution (including city and county) notifies the business feasibility reviewing institution at the time of the contract with the tenant
